Barbados Soccer Academy (BSA) member Carl Hinkson will fly off to Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville tomorrow to take up a football scholarship.

Hinkson, who just concluded his studies at Harrison College, has represented his school and the national youth teams in the FIFA under-17 and under-20 World Cup over the last two years.
The promising footballer said he intended to keep Barbados abreast of his development at the NCAA Division 1 University.
Chief executive officer of the BSA, Jabez “Jack” Bovell, congratulated Hinkson on his achievement.
